As a mum, I know firsthand how tough it can be to drop your little one off and head to work, especially when they’re clinging to you like it’s the end of the world. It’s not just hard on them; it stirs up feelings of anxiety for us too. I’ve been there. As a therapist, I understand how anxiety impacts us emotionally and physically, but as a parent, I’ve lived it.
