"I have spent a lot of time reflecting on this workshop, it has staid (sic) with me. It was exactly what works for me in the time we had. It had lot of content and a lot to take away, the resources were really thorough, I am really grateful for that. A lot of time and thought had clearly gone into the workshop and my practice will definitely be enhanced as a result. I would definitely do another workshop with Mansee again. I got a lot from her DBT to prevent and reduce self harm course, not necessarily all new techniques but a different perspective, application and enhanced confidence, as well as some new things to try. It was also really helpful to have an insight for how this is applied in a NHS setting. Thank you Mansee for all your hard work "

"I am so glad I attended Mansee’s workshop on the topic of ‘using DBT skills to prevent and reduce self-harm’. I had very little experience in this area and found the delivery of information to be concise, understandable, and nicely paced. I feel I have gained a good understanding to put my new skills into practice with confidence. Am looking forward to my next workshop with Mansee."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop delivered by Mansee. It was paced well with lots of information, and appropriate time was given to consider various aspects of working with emotional dysregulation and self-harm. The audience was small (around 8 participants) which allowed us to contribute and ask questions. The slides were informative and clear with references to the origins of dialectical behaviour therapy whilst at the same time staying focused on the subject matter. I learnt much about DBT methodology from the workshop and feel that I've added significantly to my toolkit for working with self-harm. Thank you, Mansee, for a most useful and confidence inspiring workshop, the content of which I'm sure I'll keep returning to in order to help and support my clients to manage their self-harm. I look forward to attending future workshops with you."
