I offer therapy in English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, and have a strong understanding of Gujarati. I am currently also learning Norsk. You will have the freedom to express yourself in the language that feels most comfortable, allowing you to share your emotions without the frustration of language barriers. You can even switch between languages during our sessions.

I understand the cultural differences between Eastern and Western worlds, and how they can impact issues like anxiety and low mood.
